Transaction time
The trading office is open every Sunday at 5pm New York time, 24 hours a day, until Friday at 4:30pm. Quotations, orders, and confirmation information can be confirmed online or over the phone.
Setting up transactions or placing orders can be done by phone:
Investors/clients: When calling the trading service desk, the first step is to clarify whether the account is a standard 100000 yuan account or a mini account.
Broker: "Can you tell me your account number?
Investor: "My account number is 12345.
Dealer: "Could you please tell me the name of the account holder? (The broker asks this question to verify that the caller is indeed the account holder).
Investor: "Please provide me with a quote of 5 euros against the US dollar.
Broker: will provide a quote of "1.2860-63" for the purchase and sale.
Investors: Either say 'at 60', '63', or 'no trading'.
Broker: Will confirm, 'At 117.60, you sold 3 hands of US dollars/yen', 'At 117.64, you bought 3 hands of US dollars/yen', or 'No transaction, thank you'.
Investors cannot keep their quotes, as they may only take 3 to 5 seconds depending on market fluctuations. If the investor retains the quotation, the broker has the right to change the price by saying 'change', 'price change', 'down', or 'your risk'.
Broker: will confirm any orders placed during the conversation with investors.
